Hours Before Sept. 11th Anniversary, Cuomo Announces Deal on 9-11 Museum

Just after 7 p.m., with a few hours left before the 11th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office issued a memorandum of understanding that would allow construction at the 9-11 museum to go forward.
