The AG skipped Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s budget address today to appear on a conference call for the Democratic National Committee slamming GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney for failing to release his tax returns. Schneiderman has criticized the Obama administration over its stance on a mortgage settlement with the big U.S. banks, but he apparently is still a loyal Democrat when it comes to issues related to the 2012 election.
