In late July, City & State recognized the individuals on the 2019 Albany 40 Under 40 Rising Stars list.

The evening gala at Goldbar in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood featured keynote remarks by Rich Azzopardi, senior counsel to Gov. Andrew Cuomo and a 2009 Rising Star, and first-term state Sen. Julia Salazar, who landed on this year’s list.
