Subscription and Payment Terms:
By signing up for the Heard Around Town newsletter, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged each month on the anniversary of your start date. Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for partially used billing cycles; if you choose to cancel, you will maintain access to the newsletter through the end of your current paid period.

Cancellations:
To manage your account, simply visit Manage Subscriptions and follow the cancellation prompts. To avoid being charged for the subsequent month, please ensure you complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Following cancellation, your account will not be billed again.

Usage and Content Restrictions:
All content provided in the newsletter is for your personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from forwarding, republishing, or sharing the newsletter content, in whole or in part, with non-subscribers. City & State reserves the right to terminate any subscription, without refund, if we determine that these sharing restrictions have been violated.
