On Jan. 23, City & State recognized the 100 most powerful leaders in the health care community during an evening reception at The Flat NYC in Manhattan. The event featured keynote remarks from state Health Commissioner Howard Zucker and New York City Health and Mental Hygiene Commissioner Oxiris Barbot.
